The rise of AI in education sparks a fundamental reevaluation of assessments. 

Rather than regurgitating information, the priority of assessments could instead shift to the higher-order skills that will enable students to apply their knowledge and skills to solve complex problems, innovate, and contribute meaningfully in real-world contexts.
